Martin played 14 games in the championship last season (8 more than roberto's 6 games in the spanish cup)
kept 4 clean sheets for that terrible millwall side
baffled how he doesnt get tried over roberto, the championship playing for a shit team is much harder than spanish cup games

Set up solely to stand up to a robust Burnley side that will again attempt to physically bully and press us to fold especially in central midfield. Fredericks , Arfur and Ogbonna bring some additional pace as compared with the 3 they replace.
Snodgrass is there to battle alongside Rice and Noble and generally make us harder to get past in the middle and stop the supply to Woods
Pellegrini will not do this however and Woods will get on the end of countless balls into the box. We are almost odds on to be defeated as the squad weakness and imbalance has been exposed. Owners recovering the large spend in the previous season forced on them by the unrest ironically at the home game vs Burnley and poor spending of 25 million on Fornals a type of player who we had too many of already which is Pellegrinis / Hussilos big mistake. Technicians and fancy dans alone are not enough in the modern day Premiership.

Sir Alf with Noble and Haller as a attacking two youve no hope. To beat Burnley you need to run in behind or turn the back 4. Pumping up balls to Haller or firing crosses into the box is exactly what they want

and Haller needs a mate upfront, he was bought off the back of a brilliant season with Eintract where he was supplying Jovic, at the moment he's a £45m hold up man.
3-5-2 with Noble and Anderson dropped. Masuaku and Fredericks as WB's. Don't really care about the rest

Lucky Burnley getting us snowflakes after a 3-0 drubbing by Sheff Utd. As Pellegrini says he hasn't a clue why we are so bad. Sorry, what?. Isn't it um you know your job to know why.
He didnt know anything about Sheff Utd or Newcastle so you can bet he knows fuck all about how Burnley play either, so expect his team selection will be as useless as it has been in the last 5 games. He needs to go 3-5-2 to combat how Burnley play but he wont. Another defeat on the cards I'm afraid.
